Overeating

Eating too much will reduce our memory, lead to mental retardation, and lack of concentration and decrease the ability to respond.

If you eat too much frequently, especially dinner, will make us intake too much calorie, causing excessive body fat, blood lipids and leads to cerebral atherosclerosis. Cerebral arteriosclerosis will lead to brain hypoxia and lack of nutrition, affecting brain cell metabolism.
