Picky eater or over-diet
Our brain needs to absorb various kinds of nutrition for operation normally, if we are picky eater or intentionally reduce certain kinds of nutrition absorption; our brains will have less chance to get what it needed. For example, kids usually refuse vegetables, but in fact, vegetables are a good antioxidant and it can prevent our brain decline from the oxidation by free radicals.
Women love beauty and most of them are on diet. Some diet menus suggest people to take only protein and fat food and avoid cereal. It may be a short cut to keep fit but study shows that this kind of diet will easily lead to fatigue and cognitive disorder. If you wan to keep your body and mind healthy, you must control your diet carefully and make sure you have balanced diet.
